Winemaker Sunday – Morro Bay Magic – Sunday 1/25– 10am to 2:30pm

Spend the day with the winemaker!
Start the morning by taking an educational deep dive into one of our wines,
fuel up with Boba at Sweet Reef, take a 3-mile stroll along the Embarcadero,
enjoy a tasty lunch along the way, and finish with a special custom tasting including some rare library wines at the Lounge.

$80 per person/$50 per person for Wine Club Members. – only 5 tickets available

Rare Library Wines Tasting Cruise – Sunday 2/15 – 2pm to 4pm

Join us on Tiki Boat and taste 4 Library wines from the Absolution Archive while enjoying the views and wildlife of the Morro Bay, and then finish with an artisan cheese plate and 4 more Library wines from the Absolution Archive in the Rare & Reserve Lounge – there will also be an opportunity to purchase these rare wines (there are only 8-20 bottles available of each) at a special discount!

Paso Robles, CA – Somm’s Kitchen Dinners:  Absolution Takeover!

Sip and Shuck at Absolution Cellars

First Tuesday Sip & Shuck – Enjoy 6 oysters with a selection of mignonettes (both courtesy of Flying Colors Co. Mobile Oyster Bar), paired with a tasting flight of 4 wines. Additional oysters (6 or 12) and wine (flights, by the glass, bottles) will be available for purchase as well. Tickets include 6 oysters with mignonettes & a tasting flight of 4 Absolution Cellars Wines.
